# What You Need:
→ Bread & Cheese
01 - 4 slices sourdough bread
02 - 4 oz goat cheese, softened
→ Chicken
03 - 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
→ Hot Honey
04 - 2 tbsp honey
05 - 0.5 to 1 tsp red chili flakes
→ Additional
06 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
07 - Salt and black pepper to taste
# How-To Steps:
01 - In a small bowl, combine honey and chili flakes to make hot honey. Set aside.
02 - Lay out the sourdough slices and spread goat cheese evenly on one side of each slice.
03 - Divide shredded chicken over two slices, then drizzle each with hot honey. Sprinkle lightly with salt and black pepper.
04 - Top with remaining bread slices, cheese side down, to form complete sandwiches.
05 - Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich.
06 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place sandwiches in the pan and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
07 - Remove sandwiches from heat, slice in half, and drizzle with extra hot honey if desired. Serve immediately.
