A creative wrap blending turkey, stuffing, cranberry, and cheese for a quick, tasty meal.
# What You Need:
→ Leftovers
01 - 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded or sliced
02 - 1 cup stuffing (herb or sausage)
03 - ½ cup cranberry sauce
04 - ½ cup gravy (optional, for dipping or drizzling)
→ Dairy
05 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
→ Wraps
06 - 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
→ For cooking
07 - 2 teaspoons butter or olive oil
# How-To Steps:
01 - Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board and make a single straight cut from the center to the edge.
02 - Visualize the tortilla as four quarters. Place half of the turkey on the first quarter, half of the stuffing on the second, half of the cranberry sauce on the third, and half of the cheese on the fourth.
03 - Starting at the cut, fold the first quarter over the second, then the third, and finally the fourth, forming a layered triangle-shaped wrap.
04 - Repeat the folding process with the second tortilla and the remaining ingredients.
05 - Heat butter or olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
06 - Serve warm with optional gravy for dipping.
