01 - 2 (3 oz) boxes blue raspberry gelatin
02 - 2 cups boiling water
03 - 2 cups cold water
→ Snow & Decorations
04 - 1 cup mini marshmallows
05 - 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
06 - 1/2 cup assorted holiday sprinkles or candy snowflakes
07 - 8 clear plastic cups (6–8 oz each)
→ Optional Toppings
08 - Whipped cream, for garnish
09 - Gummy candies (bears, penguins, etc.), for decoration
# How-To Steps:
01 - In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the blue raspberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir continuously for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
02 - Incorporate cold water into the gelatin mixture and stir to combine evenly.
03 - Pour the gelatin mixture evenly into 8 clear cups, filling each approximately halfway.
04 - Place the cups in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour until the gelatin is slightly set but not firm.
05 - Gently press mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips into the partially set gelatin. Sprinkle candy snowflakes or holiday sprinkles on top for decoration.
06 - Return the cups to the refrigerator and chill for an additional 60 to 90 minutes until the gelatin is fully set.
07 - Just prior to serving, top with whipped cream and gummy candies if desired.
