12 - 1/2 small orange bell pepper, thinly sliced
13 - 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
14 - 1/4 cup baby spinach, chopped

# How-To Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - On a floured surface, roll pizza dough to 1/4 inch (6 mm) thickness. Cut out 8 maple leaf shapes using a cookie cutter approximately 4 inches (10 cm) wide. Transfer to the baking sheet.
03 - Combine tomato sauce, maple syrup, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
04 - Spread a thin layer of sauce evenly over each dough leaf.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar evenly over the sauced dough.
06 - Top with thinly sliced bell peppers, red onion, chopped spinach, and optional corn kernels to mimic autumn foliage.
07 - Lightly brush the dough edges with olive oil to promote browning.
08 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
