# How-To Steps:
01 - In a large bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and salt until evenly distributed.
02 - Add warm milk, warm water, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients. Stir until a soft dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
03 - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover lightly, and let rise in a warm environment for 40 minutes or until doubled in volume.
04 - Set oven temperature to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
05 - Turn the risen dough onto a lightly floured surface; roll into a rectangle approximately 16 by 10 inches.
06 - Evenly spread the softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
