# How-To Steps:
01 - Whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Allow to rest for 10 minutes, then stir to prevent clumping. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened.
02 - Toss diced apples with lemon juice and ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside.
03 - Stir the chilled chia pudding well. Spoon a layer of pudding into serving glasses or bowls, add a layer of the apple mixture, then swirl in 1 tablespoon of peanut butter per serving. Repeat layers if desired.
04 - Top with chopped roasted peanuts, apple slices, and a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
