# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • It sits in your fridge ready to grab, which means you'll actually drink it instead of letting good intentions spoil.
  • The flavors taste like you tried way harder than you did—tropical and bright without any fake sweetness.
  • Four jars mean you can prep once and eat better for nearly half the week without any weekday stress.
02 -
  • Don't blend your jars the night before thinking you'll save time—the drink separates and gets watery, and the greens lose their vibrant color, which was disappointing the one time I tried it.
  • The lime juice is not optional if you're prepping ahead, because without it the fruit oxidizes quickly and your beautiful green smoothie turns muddy brown by day three, which I learned the expensive way.
03 -
  • Prep your fruit on a lazy afternoon and freeze it in a separate container, then use the frozen fruit instead of adding ice—it makes the smoothie thicker and colder without watering it down.
  • Buy pre-chopped pineapple if you're short on time, because a smoothie you actually drink is infinitely better than a perfect one that never gets made.
