05 - 2 tablespoons hot honey
06 - 0.5 teaspoon chili flakes
07 - Salt and black pepper to taste
# How-To Steps:
01 - In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with 1 tablespoon hot honey, 0.5 teaspoon chili flakes, and salt and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
02 - Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each bread slice.
03 - Place two slices buttered side down on a clean surface. Spread half the goat cheese evenly onto each slice.
04 - Top with the hot honey chicken mixture, spreading evenly across both slices.
05 - Drizzle the remaining hot honey over the chicken, then crumble any remaining goat cheese on top.
06 - Place the remaining bread slices on top with buttered side facing up.
07 - Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place sandwiches in the pan and cook 3-4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden and crisp and cheese is melted.
08 - Remove from heat, slice in half diagonally, and sprinkle with additional chili flakes if desired. Serve immediately while hot.
