# What You Need:
→ Sandwich Base
01 - 16 slices soft white or whole wheat sandwich bread
→ Filling
02 - 5 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
04 - 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
05 - Salt and pepper, to taste
→ Decoration
06 - 16 large green grapes or pitted green olives (for eyes)
07 - 8 small cherry tomatoes, halved (for cheeks)
08 - 16 peppercorns or mini chocolate chips (for eye pupils)
09 - 8 small pieces of red bell pepper or carrot (for mouth)
10 - 16 thin slices radish (optional, for cheeks)
# How-To Steps:
01 - Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise in a small bowl until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
02 - Use a large round cookie cutter about 3 inches in diameter to cut frog-face shapes from each slice of bread.
03 - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over half of the bread shapes. Layer thin cucumber slices on top, then cover with remaining bread shapes to form sandwiches.
04 - Make two small slits at the top of each sandwich using a sharp knife. Insert half a grape or olive (cut side down) into each slit. Attach a peppercorn or mini chocolate chip to each eye, using a bit of cream cheese as adhesive.
05 - Place cherry tomato halves or radish slices on the cheeks. Use small strips of red bell pepper or carrot to create smiling mouths.
06 - Serve sandwiches immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
