# How-To Steps:
- Using a sharp knife or snowflake cookie cutter, carve snowflake shapes into two tortillas to serve as tops.

- Cover each tortilla layered with cheese and fillings with a snowflake-cut tortilla.
- Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Carefully place one assembled quesadilla in the skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the bottom is golden and cheese begins to melt.
- Gently flip the quesadilla and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes until the opposite side is golden and cheese is fully melted.
- Remove the cooked quesadilla and repeat the process with the second one.
- Allow quesadillas to cool briefly, then cut into wedges. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
