10 - 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
11 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
13 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
14 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
# How-To Steps:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper until just combined.
03 - Shape the mixture into 12 equal-sized meatballs and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake the meatballs for 15 to 18 minutes until browned and cooked through.
05 - Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F for assembling the sliders.
06 - Slice the slider buns horizontally without separating individual rolls, and place the bottom halves in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
07 - Spread half of the marinara sauce over the bun bottoms, then place a meatball on each bun.
08 - Spoon the remaining marinara sauce over the meatballs and sprinkle evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese.
09 - Cover each assembled slider with the sliced tops of the buns.
10 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter with garlic powder and chopped parsley, then brush this mixture over the buns’ tops.
11 - Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts and buns turn golden.
