# How-To Steps:
01 - Place rolled oats into a blender or food processor and blend until a coarse flour forms.
02 - Add ripe bananas, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon to the blender; blend until the mixture is smooth and thick.
03 - Allow the batter to rest for 2 to 3 minutes to thicken slightly.
04 - Warm a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil.
05 - Pour approximately 1/4 cup (60 ml) of batter per pancake onto the skillet; cook for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface and edges look set.
06 - Carefully flip each pancake and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
